Ian McNally

Hockey Director

Coach Ian McNally, a native of Guelph, Ontario, played youth and junior hockey in Canada before continuing his collegiate career at Princeton University. His background as a high-level player informs his coaching philosophy and commitment to developing well-rounded athletes.

Before assuming his current role, Coach McNally served as Head Coach of The Hun School’s USHS-Prep team from 2018–2023, where he led the program at one of the region’s premier preparatory hockey programs.

Coach McNally first joined the Princeton Junior Tigers coaching staff in the organization's early years and quickly established himself as one of the program’s most respected leaders. Known for his strong on-ice presence, deep understanding of the game, and ability to motivate players, he has coached at multiple levels within the organization, including serving as Head Coach of the PJT 12U Girls team and 18U AA level.

In 2023, Coach McNally was named Hockey Director of the Princeton Junior Tigers. In this role, he oversees coach development, player development pathways, and program operations, while organizing clinics and ensuring that the organization continues to operate at a high standard within USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM).

Coach McNally’s experience as a player, his leadership behind the bench, and his passion for developing young athletes make him an integral part of the Princeton Junior Tigers program and its continued growth.

He resides in Pennington, New Jersey, with his family.

Kevin Morello

Assistant Hockey Director

Kevin is the Jr. Tigers assistant hockey director. He is a Monroe Township native with a playing career that spanned the Pro Skate Stars and Princeton Junior Tigers to junior stints with the NJ Titans, New England Wolves, Philadelphia Revolution, and Portland Pirates. He followed that with three seasons of NCAA DIII hockey at Becker College. For the past four years Kevin has been focused on coaching, both with Princeton Jr. Tigers and the Hun School where he is JV Head Coach and Varsity assistant.

Coach Bios

Etienne Bilodeau

Etienne Bilodeau grew up playing hockey in a small town southeast of Quebec City, where winter sports are deeply woven into the culture of the region. One of his most memorable early achievements was winning the prestigious Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament.

He went on to play two seasons of junior hockey in Quebec before continuing his career at Middlebury College, where he was a member of the 1995–96 and 1996–97 NCAA Division III National Championship teams with the Middlebury Panthers.

While earning his Master’s Degree in Education at Harvard University, Bilodeau served as the video analyst for the Harvard Crimson Varsity Hockey team, which won the 2006 Ivy League and ECAC Championships and advanced to the NCAA Frozen Four.

Since 1997, Bilodeau has taught, coached, and mentored thousands of students at The Lawrenceville School. He served as the Head Boys Varsity Ice Hockey Coach for twenty years and currently leads the Boys Varsity Golf program. He lives in Lawrenceville with his wife, Corinne, and their two sons.

Ryan Loxam

Coach Ryan Loxam grew up in British Columbia, Canada, where he played AAA minor hockey and advanced to the B.C. Provincial Championships at the 16AAA level. He was selected to the B.C. Regional U17 Team before continuing his career in junior hockey with the Columbia Valley Rockies, Nanaimo Clippers, and Vernon Lakers.

Coach Loxam is a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach and brings more than 20 years of coaching experience, working with players from 8U through 14U. He is known for his strong focus on player development, skill progression, and fostering a positive competitive environment for young athletes.

Adam Rook

Coach Adam Rook grew up locally playing youth hockey for the Mercer Chiefs and high school hockey at Montgomery High School.

He brings six years of coaching experience across the 12U–18U age groups, including the past four seasons as a head coach within the Princeton Junior Tigers program. This past season, Coach Rook’s 14U A American team completed a perfect 22–0 season, capturing the NJYHL Championship.

Coach Rook is committed to developing competitive players while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a strong hockey culture within the program.

Jakob Papiez

Jakob Papiez grew up in Hamilton, New Jersey, where he played youth hockey with the Princeton Junior Tigers before continuing his career at Notre Dame High School and later with TCNJ Hockey.

During his time with the program, he was recognized with the Joseph P. Leddy Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Papiez began his coaching career as a junior coach with the Tiger Cubs program and has steadily increased his role within the organization over the past decade. Most recently, he served as an assistant coach for the PJT 16AA National team, which advanced to the USA Hockey National Championships.

Travis Beni

Coach Travis Beni grew up in Sayreville, New Jersey, playing youth hockey with the Woodbridge Wolfpack and New Jersey Stars. He also played high school hockey for Woodbridge High School, where he helped lead the team on a memorable run to the State Final during the 2017–18 season.

He continued his career in junior hockey with the Jersey Shore Whalers before finishing his playing career at The College of New Jersey, competing in the ACHA Division I ranks.

Coach Beni has coached at both the high school and collegiate levels for the past four years and will enter his second season as Head Coach of the Princeton Junior Tigers 16AA team.

Rob Kacerosky

Robbie Kacerosky grew up in the Princeton area, playing youth hockey with several local organizations including the Princeton Junior Tigers, Mercer Chiefs, New Jersey Stars, and New Jersey Titans.

He went on to play club hockey at the University of Vermont and Champlain College.

Kacerosky began his coaching career at ProSkate Ice Arena and has since coached 14U and 16U teams with the Princeton Junior Tigers over the past four seasons. In 2022, he also joined the coaching staff at The Hun School of Princeton as an assistant coach.

Jason Dailey

Jason Dailey grew up in Rochester, New York, where he developed his passion for hockey playing youth hockey within the Rochester hockey system. He continued his career playing four years of varsity hockey for the Gates-Chili Spartans.

Dailey transitioned into coaching and has spent the past five years developing players within the Princeton Junior Tigers organization. During that time, he has coached at multiple competitive levels including AA, A-National, A-American, and B, primarily working with 14U players.

Known for his emphasis on skill development, hockey IQ, and teamwork, Dailey is dedicated to helping young athletes grow both on and off the ice while building a lifelong love for the game.

GOALIE COACH BIOS

Jeff Radice

Coach Jeff Radice began his playing career locally in the Nassau youth hockey program before continuing at Hopewell Valley Central High School, where he helped lead the team to the 2008 Mercer County Tournament Championshipand was named First Team All-CVC Goaltender.

He continued his playing career with Neumann University’s ACHA program, where he won a DVCHC Championship, earned DVCHC All-Star honors, and made two appearances at the ACHA National Tournament.

Radice began coaching with Snider Hockey in 2011 and became Head Coach of the Hopewell Valley Central High School program in 2016. Since then, he has recorded over 130 career wins, a CVC Championship, a Colonial Division title, and has been named CVC Coach of the Year twice.

Justin Cooper

Coach Justin Cooper played youth hockey locally with the Lawrence Flames and Mercer Chiefs before continuing his career at Robbinsville-Allentown High School, where he served as team captain and starting goaltender.

He later attended The College of New Jersey, where he served as Club President of the TCNJ Hockey program while playing under Coach Andrew Ducko.

Coach Cooper has been actively involved with the Princeton Junior Tigers through goalie clinics and Mite program practices and now steps into a larger role within the organization.

Timmy Miller

Coach Timmy Miller played locally at Princeton Day School, graduating in 2022, before continuing his playing career in junior hockey.

His junior experience includes stops with teams in the USPHL Premier in Florida, the Mercer Chiefs in the NCDC, and the Rockets Hockey Club in the NCDC.

Miller now works at Princeton Day School, where he serves as an assistant coach for both the Middle School and Boys Varsity Hockey teams. He also works with several Princeton Junior Tigers goalies and is a familiar presence around the PDS rink.

John Zdunkiewicz

John “Coach Z” Zdunkiewicz brings more than 30 years of playing and coaching experience to the game.

Growing up, he excelled as both a goaltender and skater, and his passion for hockey led him to begin coaching while still in high school. After playing at the collegiate level with Rider University and Niagara University, he founded Ztending, a goaltending development program built around the philosophy of helping goalies Live. Love. Learn Hockey.

Over the past decade, Ztending has grown into one of the region’s leading goalie development programs, highlighted by the opening of Ztending Headquarters.

Coach Z has also served as goaltending coach for Princeton University Women’s Hockey and has worked with numerous youth hockey organizations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, developing goaltenders at all levels of the game.
