RINKS

The Princeton Junior Tigers benefit from access to three outstanding ice facilities in the Mercer County area: Hobey Baker Rink at Princeton University, Tsai Field House Rink at The Lawrenceville School, and Lisa McGraw Rink at Princeton Day School.

Unlike many youth hockey programs that operate out of a single independent facility, the Princeton Junior Tigers are uniquely positioned through long-standing partnerships with these premier institutions. This structure provides our teams with consistent access to multiple high-quality rinks, allowing for greater scheduling flexibility and a first-class environment for training and competition.

These historic and well-maintained facilities are among the finest in the region and reflect the strong connection between the Princeton Junior Tigers and the Mercer County hockey community.

Tsai Rink – The Lawrenceville School

Parking & Entrance

Enter campus via the service road off Lewisville Road.

The Tsai Ice Rink is located next to the former Loucks Ice Rink. Please enter through the side door directly across from the old rink.

Locker Rooms

• Officials: Dressing Room C111

• Players: Locker Rooms 1–4 (located past the coaches’ room on the same side)

Locker room assignments are posted on the screen at the rink entrance.

Ice Access

Players and officials should enter the ice through the team benches only.

Please do not enter the ice through the board doors.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located through the double doors to the left, past the locker rooms.

Pro Shop & Concessions

There is no pro shop or concession stand at Tsai Rink. Please plan accordingly.

Facility Policies

• The rink will be unlocked one hour prior to scheduled events.

• The rink is located on private school property. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the building and parking areas. Violations may be reported to local law enforcement by school staff.

• The rink is inside a private school building. Individuals who are not Lawrenceville School students or who have not been given explicit permission may not enter the cafeteria or other school areas adjacent to the rink. These areas are monitored by school staff and security.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult while siblings are participating on the ice.

• Players may warm up inside the rink facility or outside in the parking lot or entrance area only.

• Athletic fields and interior school spaces beyond the rink are not accessible.

Hobey Baker Rink – Princeton University

Parking & Entrance

Please park in the Theater Drive Parking Garage and walk to Hobey Baker Rink.

Locker Rooms

The visiting team will use the North Locker Room, which can be accessed by going down the stairs across from the Women’s Restroom.

Locker room assignments will not be posted inside the rink.

**Please note that Hobey Baker Rink provides only two locker rooms for LPNHA teams, and it is a long-standing tradition that locker rooms are shared between teams.**

To help facilitate smooth transitions between games, please place all player belongings (including shoes and clothing) inside hockey bags, zip them closed, and place them under the benches or in the center of the room so the next team can access the space to dress.

Pro Shop & Concessions

There is no pro shop or concession stand at Hobey Baker Rink.

However, a Wawa is located at the Princeton Train Station directly across from the rink.

Facility Policies

• Hockey play is not permitted in the lobby area near the locker room entrance.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult while siblings are participating on the ice.

Lisa McGraw Rink – Princeton Day School

Parking & Entrance

Please use the side entrance to access the Princeton Day School rink.

Pro Shop & Concessions

There is no pro shop or concession stand at the PDS rink.

However, vending machines with drinks and snacks are available inside the rink area. Please plan accordingly.

Facility Policies

• The rink will be unlocked one hour prior to scheduled events.

• The rink is located on private school property with minors present. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the building and parking areas. Violations may be reported to local law enforcement by school staff.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult while siblings are participating on the ice.

• Guests must remain within the rink area only. The remainder of the school building is off limits.

• Players must warm up inside the rink facility only. Athletic fields are not accessible.

• Skates and hockey play are not permitted in the lobby area.
